Heart & Soul Fitness
Our “Heart & Soul” exercise group, following in the tradition of the National Heart Foundation "Heartmoves" program, aims to provide a 50 minute session for seniors to exercise safely in a Christian atmosphere with our own accrediated and trained leader. Whilst held in our church hall, the group is open to community members as well.
Classes are held during school terms: 10.00am - 11.00am on Mondays. These classes are a little special, in that we share morning tea at the conclusion, and sometimes we have guest speakers about some aspect of health and lifestyle choices.
Our session time includes a range of activities such as strengthening, balance and cardio strength,
and caters for all levels of fitness. Because of safety requirements, some paperwork is required,
and the charge is just $5.00 per session.
